The ACE Program

The Mobile Christian School Leopard Booster Club is on a mission to build a "Best in Class" Christian Athletic Complex in order to better facilitate the training of its athletes, and to allow MCS to compete in state-sanctioned competition in all sports at home. This expansion program will bring about numerous improvements to the football complex, including adding a track, increasing and improving the existing stadium seating, and repairing the press box and the visitor bleachers. This expansion also includes making the necessary improvements to the baseball and softball complexes to bring them up to competitive AHSAA standards. We in the Williams family are proud to be associated with MCS. We believe in the quality of education they provide, and in the values they promote. MCS has been a blessing to so many people for so many years, including our own three children, two of whom are still students at MCS and actively involved in the athletic program. And so we're glad for this opportunity to be a blessing in return.

Carolina Homes will donate to the MCS Booster Club ACE Program up to $5000 for every new client referred to us through the MCS network of faculty, families, and friends.

And it gets even better: MCS already has a commitment from a generous benefactor to match every dollar raised for the Booster Club ACE Program. That makes $5000 turn into a $10,000 donation!

Here's How it Works

Anyone can help. Whether you're a student, a teacher, a parent, or anyone who wants to help your school, you help by telling everyone you know about this program. Start with the immediate network of people connected to the school: faculty, staff, parents, grandparents, alumni, etc. Then move on to telling business acquaintances, friends, neighbors, church members, etc., And don't forget to ask everyone to tell others also.

Tell people something like… "We are raising money to improve and expand our athletic facilities at MCS. One of our sponsors is a custom home builder here in Mobile, and his company, Carolina Homes, is offering a $5000 donation to the school for every new client referred to him by the school. And we're also blessed to have someone who will double all the donations to this program. So if you or anyone you know is considering building a new home sometime in the near future, we urge you to visit his website, StormReadyHomes.com, and then email or call him for more information."

Do not make any claims about the quality of our business beyond anything you may know firsthand. You are not promoting the superiority of Carolina Homes over other builders. Rather you are promoting the fundraising program and the offer of $5000 donations to help the school. Your job is encouraging people to look at our website and contact us if they're interested. We'll take care of the rest.

If possible, keep a written record of the people you talk to about the program. From time to time as needed, send an email to Bob with the names of the good prospects you've found. This helps to ensure that you get credit for referring those prospects who do ultimately become clients. (See $1000 Referrals.)

We'll let it be known when a prospect decides to sign a contract with Carolina Homes. As soon as we begin the building process and receive the first payment draw, we will send a check for $1000 to the person who referred that client. Then when construction is completed and we receive the final payment draw, a check for $5000 will be sent to MCS. (For homes with a contract price less than $250,000, the amount of the donation will be 2% of the contract price. The maximum donation per any client is $5000).

If desired, the client may designate the donation to be applied to another particular school program (i.e., general fund, scholarships, other improvements, etc.).
